"This was a first class hotel—great staff, beautiful studio apartment suite, perfect location near beach, restaurants and shops—that had two unusual drawbacks. There is no convenient elevator from the parking lot to the rooms (there is a quirky workaround with a wheelchair-type lift between two floors). Also, the hotel relies on digital keys that are a bit cumbersome if your internet connection isn’t strong with only one key fob as a backup per room. Staff were very helpful working through those two glitches."
