"All the staff we lovely. We were there Thursday - Monday. I only asked once to have the room cleaned. My only complaint was floors weren’t washed or vacuumed and we had to request toilet paper as it was empty. It is in a great location and parking is easy."

"It's an older hotel in a great location. If you want to be near the beach, cactus club café and Stanley park, this is a great hotel. It's older and could use a renovation, but totally convenient location with helpful staff and bars/ restaurants nearby. We watched the Vancouver sunset just steps from the front door."

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay! The location was amazing - just steps away from wonderful restaurants, ice cream/gelato shops, even a 7Eleven was only half a block away. A great beach was less than 4 blocks away. A great hotel in a fantastic location!"

"I didn't like the noise from the street or in front of the hotel. My room faced the street and was on the 2nd floor. I would not stay on that side again. I liked it was it was right next door to Stanley Park and that was fabulous"
