"Not all rooms have a mountain view but everything is clean and comfortable. Good pillows and beds. Stayed with husband and son (5y) and the location is the best feature in my opinion. Playground as a backyard and everything walking distance. Staff polite and caring. Overall a good experience 👍"

"I was overall happy with my stay, but I only had one issue. It was about 10:50am and I was moving items to my car. I told the cleaning staff I would be out in 5 minutes. The cleaning cart and vacuum was blocking the walkway as I was moving items from the 2nd floor to my vehicle with no elevator."

"This is an hotel with newly renovated rooms so everything is really nice and high tech. But not sure about the bidet toilet seat LOL. We were at the top floor on the harbour side so we had a nice view. Only thing was that the a/c was pretty noisy if running and we can clearly hear the elevator running from our room. We even sleep with a portable noise machine and we can still hear the elevator. And the elevator was not that close. Our room was separated by an emergency stairwell. Since each...
