"We were told we would have a plunge pool on our balcony main reason we booked our stay . Upon arrival we were given a room that had a non working soak tub inside the room . The bed had Stained sheets and the outdoor jaquizzi pool was on top of the room with very steep steps to access completely unsafe especially if your coming down wet .
