"Buyer beware!! The so called refundable reservation of this hotel has a nonrefundable date that is 2 weeks before check in date! My ferry was cancelled due to bad weather and was therefore unable to make it ti Milos. This hotel however not only did not express any sympathy for the unfortunate circumstance but actually go out of their way to take advantages of the customer by taking 100% of the payment for the entire stay! Stay away from this hotel which has no regards for customer service...

"We had a wonderful stay! Anna at the front desk was so kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The property and rooms are well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. It’s only a short 5–6 minute walk to the main bus stop and the village, which was super convenient. "WOW! Book this spot, you won't regret it. The view is unreal. Amazing host that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. Mary was extremely responsive and attentive - at our disposal to book and arrange anything we wanted to do. The location was fantastic. Tons of shops and restaurants right outside your door! The daily breakfast was nice, but did get repetitive after the same thing every day. Loved the hot tub, did wish it got warmer, but overall it was still nice to be outside...

"I cannot find any fault with this hotel, except that it is not the place to view the famous Oia sunset. It is appropriately 1¾ km / 1 mi from the northern border of Oia. It is oriented full north and slightly down from Oia. No sunset to be seen here. No restaurant on site. However, if you have a car, it is quite easy to get to Oia or anywhere else on Santorini. "
