Check the size and expectation. Apartment is clean and nice. Lots of courier traffic within the lifts. Security guard does not speak english. Rental property management is located at 1601. Fluent in english and very helpful. Communicate easily thru WeChat app for any room request. "

"外国人にとってチェックイン方法は分からないと思います。２階のエレベーター前に座っている人に宿泊の旨伝え、エレベータに乗って６階の受付に行くのですが中国語でないとコミュニケーションは困難です。６階もどこが受付か分かりにくく部屋に入るまで苦労します。部屋も結構年季が入っています。洗浄機付きトイレがあると喜んだのですが、コンセントまでの距離が長く電源を入れることができませんでした。展示化があったせいか、価格から見たら不釣り合いでした。なおカード決済はできません。"
