"The room was dirty, stained/dirty sheets, floor unswept, not washed, bathroom tub surround dirty. Windows to the view were dirty. Hotel was not as pictured in the advertisement. Furniture is outdated and paint is chipping off. Tv came on but no cable or apps worked, nothing to watch. We were given a second room after complaining about the first one. The second one was better, but the sheets were still very old and the floor need to washing. Staff were nice and helpful, great view"

"We booked 2 rooms and they wanted to split us up and put 1 couple in the basement!! Stay away from the basement! Smelly and dark! We were finally able to get both rooms together which were fine! AC worked well and breakfast was really good! Cigarette butts everywhere outside and a dead mouse in the parking lot! Very disappointed at this Best Western!"

"The hotel is located on a point 5 minutes from the Fort of Louisburg. Each room had its own entrance and was beautifully decorated. We had dinner in the restaurant which also had entertainment. The waiters looked familiar and had Scottish accents. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was lots of parking and we could see the Fort of Louisburg from our window. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we ever came back."
