"We arrived late evening and the overnight receptionist was wonderful. Very professional, and prompt to assist with our accommodation needs… extra towels and sheets for sofa bed. We woke, expecting to miss breakfast but was pleased to see it was still available for the most part at 10 am with many guests still indulging. Rooms appeared to be recently renovated and in clean condition. First sofa bed mattress that ever looking brand new and no stains for our child to utilize. "

To call it a hotel seems wrong because while it appears to be a remodeled hotel with outside doors opening to the parking lot, it is precious and it is very well done with special touches that create a true boutique stay. "The room was very clean. Upon arrival you can smell the freshness in the room. The entire property is clean.However, not once but twice, had to wait for a lengthy time for the front desk staff to show up, upon arrival and the day of check out. I requested late check out, from 11am to 12am, an hour , but was not granted because I am not a loyalty member, not sure if that’s the term. "It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The sheets smelled, the towels were ratty, the toilet was dirty and one of the drinking glasses was covered in greasy fingerprints. It was disgusting. The only good thing was the staff was pleasant."
