"Lift to go up to the room could not be entered the due to it being stored with dirty laundry and black bags stacked and packed high full to the roof of the lift. I alerted the receptionist and she pressed a button in the lift but it remained opened whilst I waited. "We came into Portugal after many hours of travel and our accommodations were the most comfortable nights sleep, the bed and the pillows. We did the breakfast the next morning, and it was exceptional, something for everyone. We also visited the bar in the evening for a drink and had wonderful service, helpful recommendations, and great options."
