We did have to drive to the lighthouse, but otherwise everything else was walkable. Lots of places to eat nearby and shops. It was safe as well, with a decent seeming night life near by. "

No self parking that is convenient and free, you have to valet… $40 a day. You can use 25.00 night “resort” charge for restaurant."
