"The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. "Loved the place, super clean, daily housekeeping was great. Amazing view of the beach and quiet area for a girls trip where we felt safe. We had gone to Palma center for dinner and walked around at night and felt uncomfortable so we were so glad we booked this hotel it met all expectations. There is no parking on site so just prepare if you are short on time but it never took us more than 15 mins tops to find parking. We also went in late sept-October. The pool and building were very clean and well kept and the food at the restaurant was some of the best I had- outstanding selections and wait staff courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. Not to mention beautiful views and Walkable to town and beach. Would absolutely Stay here again."
