We had the best time at Gran Hotel Margalida! Tucked away in the quaint area of Banyalbufar, it was such a beautiful escape and just what we wanted. Some favorite experiences were the buggy down to the Cala, the beautiful pool & views, and the breakfast each morning.... But what really made our experience special was the staff!!! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Always cheerful and friendly. We truly had a great time! Definitely want to visit again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Gran Hotel Margalida. Mikel and the entire staff were so kind and accommodating—we had an unusual request to have them coordinate the arrival and pickup of over 500lbs of camera equipment during our stay (long story), and they took care of it without any hiccups. Our room had a spectacular ocean view, and the breakfast was among the best I've had in any hotel. We also loved the buggy that helped us to the beach and back! It's hard to imagine a better stay, and we were truly saddened to say goodbye to so many of the lovely staff who made our stay so special.

From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff at Gran Hotel Margalida were exceptional. After a long journey from Boston, they welcomed us with breakfast at the best table on the terrace, and the sound of the waves instantly set the tone for our seven-day escape. Our Junior Suite had spectacular views from every window, including a large one in the shower, perfect for a long, hot shower after a swim in the Balearic Sea. The sea is a short, steep walk down past olive groves and vineyards. The climb back is mesmerizing, with a couple of seasonal bars along the way and the scent of wildflowers on the cliffs. Back at the hotel, be sure to enjoy the wonderful spa. The steam room, sauna and cold plunge were truly restorative, all overlooking the vineyards and the sea far below. Fitness fans will love the state-of-the-art gym, complete with a body composition scanner. We also enjoyed poolside service at the small infinity pool, with another breathtaking view. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every member of the staff looked for ways to make our stay memorable, quickly learning our breakfast preferences and anticipating whatever else we needed. As the brochure says, this is a place that feels like it knows you. The village of Banyalbufar is charming, with goats, roosters, dogs and cats sharing the lanes with the doves that fill the sky, and days that unfold to the sound of church bells and the sea. We left relaxed, restored and already planning our return.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. From our welcome to our departure every staff and service member we met provided the highest quality of service. My husband and I went for our honeymoon had such a positive experience we cannot wait to go back. We cannot recommend visiting this hotel more. The restaurant also had wonderful food and service. We cannot give this hotel, staff and restaurant more to our friends, families, and even strangers.

Nytt hotell, som har lite kvar innan det blir topp. Väldigt trevlig personal! Dock inte riktigt allt jag förväntade mig för ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Rummet fint, men inga slippers som de marknadsför med, inget te på rummet, inte riktigt den turning down service som jag förväntade mig på kvällen. Ac:n slutade funka flera gånger inom en vecka, dock var de snabba att lösa det men man var ändå tvungen att säga till vilket var frustrerande Lite begränsat pool-meny. Borde finnas solkräm, vatten vid poolen, van vid det på såna hotell. Ingen telefon på rummet, ingen meny på rummet tillgänglig. Frukosten top notch. Hade en bra upplevelse men små saker som kan förbättras
