"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It really feels like a family-owned business, and everyone was incredibly kind to me from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was excellent. One morning, after a long walking tour to the volcano, I hurt my ankle. Even though I hadn’t booked the next tour directly with them, the owner went out of his way to arrange another trip for me so I wouldn’t have to walk again. They are clearly very well...
