"Outstanding staff. Excellent, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good location that is close to town. Excellent hot water and shower. Good refrigerator. Pure water provided. Wi-Fi was great except for our third day (might have been an issue for the whole island). We would definitely stay here again."

"The room is nice and clean and has good air conditioning and hot water. Location is excellent. The only bad experience I had wasn’t with the hotel itself but with the agency they use for guest accommodations. I contacted them about airport transport and was told to message their agency SUP Tours. They tried to charge $35 for a $3 taxi ride. When I told them this was very expensive I was sent a long disrespectful reply telling me I shouldn’t visit the Galapagos if I don’t have the budget for it....

"For Isabela standards this is a great hotel. The location is the best. Quite but close enough to the center. The rooms are large enough. The staff is friendly but Isabela style slow… Breakfast is OK and the food otherwise is also good. I suggest they invest in a better capuchino machine."

"The right room but the wrong room. Wow! "The perk of being an Expedia Platinum member" was my immediate thought when we were escorted to our room with a private balcony and access to a jacuzzi (that the desk agent told us wasn't actually heated) . An amazing upgrade that quickly dissolved in 2 hours when a knock woke us as the FD agent had checked us into the wrong room, and we were then forced to pack and move to a much smaller room. That was the start of our stay. The next day, breakfast was...

"The location is perfect (ocean front) but it does get a bit loud in the evening until about midnight as there’s a bar right across the street. The rooms are clean and spacious. The A/C works perfectly. The breakfast is okay, nothing too special. The fruit wasn’t fresh and smoothie was watered down. The first 2 mornings we got the breakfast to go which was white bread with mayonnaise and a half a thin slice of ham and cheese, a juice box and an apple. A fresh pastry and I guess a juice box would...
