"The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! "

"I am amazed by kind staff... the lady managing the guesthouse is really friendly and accommodating. There was a little problem with my room and she sorted out everything swiftly and in kind manner. "Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning. The aesthetics of the outside of the rooms was nice, inside very basic, curtains don’t block any light so have a large towel you can use over it. "

"We enjoyed are stay. Very cute atmosphere when you walk up. Very close to the baywalk and the cafe we loved Eightynine cafe, only a 5 minute walk to both. We have been traveling for 1.5 months and I think the best I have slept. Air con worked great and the fan even made it chilly which is how we love to sleep! But you don’t have to use both! "

"Overall it was a good experience. Excellent customer service. My only concern is the road going inside. For guests that has a car, it’s workable. With backpackers, you have to have a contact of someone to pick you up specially during rainy days. We had a friend that has a tricycle that can pick us up. "

"The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value.
