The rooms were just so wet and sticky feeling … they didn’t feel clean , area was not very safe feeling and I’m a local to DR , beach is across the street which is busy and the pool seemed nice but we were so disappointed we dint get in. Staff was efficient and friendly. No hot water . I personally wouldn’t stay again

Stayed here for five nights and I can honestly say I definitely got my money’s worth! Check in was easy with no complications at all. The front desk staff speak both English and Spanish. The location is incredibly convenient everything is walkable in this town. The restaurants and beach is right across the street. The property has a large pool, a second pool, and a convenient bar right by the pool. Overall, it definitely met my expectations, and the room looked exactly like the pictures. I also felt very safe thanks to the gated entrance and 24 hour security. Whether you’re staying for just one night or more than five, this is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it!

I didn’t have hot water to shower which was a big bummer. I told it to the staff but all they could say was- yes it’s not easy. Which was disappointing. There is only hot water if you shower before 5pm. Also the doorman in the entrance of the property was super rude and made me feel really uncomfortable multiple times . I’m solo traveling and those kind of thing really ruins my feeling. He was Haitian and he talked to me rude and loud voice. Got upset every time I knocked on the door to enter. Besides him- the rest of the staff were amazing and professionals.

Horrible beds; rock hard. No hot water. System runs on solar power, no sun= no hot water. Several Long term travellers reported no hot water in weeks! Room full of mosquitoes upon check in. Asked for a different studio/kitchen room, lied about availability and offered a lower valued room instead for same higher price. Saw on internet studio/kitchen rooms were available. Decided to check out early, no refund of course, as the beds were so bad I suffered with very sore back. The only plus is the location to beach and restaurants.
“Mountain view” and river. Would explain the mosquitoes

The room was average and had the balcony door handle broken so I could not lock it. The electric plug beside the bed was out of the wall. Both things I told the guy at the reception. The men at the pool bar was great and helpful because of the rain. The walkways are not great illuminated at night and can be very dangerous especially in the rain because you can't see the lower spots. Checking in was long because of only 1 women at the counter. The price is a little high overall. However the location is great.

Room is a bid tired. Property overall is very nice, 2 pools, centrally located although not on the beach. Had 1 hot shower in 3 weeks there as solar hw is not up to the task. Need to remind staff to replace the towels they took for laundering. Staff is very cheerful and helpful.

This property is close to everything in cabarete. The beach is across the street, making it extra convenient. This is my 2nd time staying at this property, and the staff remembered us from our previous stay during the same time last year. The bartender, Josè is an excellent bartender and always made his rounds, asking us if we wanted more drinks. He was the highlight of our trip. He displayed superb customer service. The front desk agent, D is extremely cool and friendly. Housekeeping was very friendly and tentative as well. I loved my room, which was the Mountain View room. (Best room in the house, my opinion)
