Spacious home close to the beach

I was not told that i had to stop at their office in Puerto Peñasco until we were already in Puerto Peñasco, their office is not near the property thank goodness we were shopping for groceries across the street. Lucky we didn't have to drive all the way back. The TVs did not work, the remotes didn't have working batteries, the second bathroom did not have hot water. no shampoo, only soap bars in the showers. Yes the house is spacious, clean and close to the beach and the A/C works great. i guess at the end of the day we made the best out of it. For the price we paid I was expecting a little better service and everything in full order. we left the property at 11 am and stopped in town for breakfast and I received a call saying that there was going to be a late check out fee because it was already past 12, I was annoyed as i asked during check in if we could bring the keys later on as I know we were checking out on time but their office is on the way out of town, the lady was kind enough to honour the check in on time but it was not clearly stated. We gave this a try as everything else was sold out but I think that you can get a better service for your dollars. lesson learned
