"The Village is quite secluded and difficult to access. The Wi-Fi did not work in our appartment at all. The appartement was fine. The hamac was old and dangerous. The small bed was very small and has spider and dust. The larger bed was better. The larger bathroom was OK. Generally, the whole place is very basic. The pool is nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and also provided transport (for a fee) to the town nearby."

"The property itself was pleasant, with a very attractive pool area. However, the overall level of service and cleanliness did not meet expectations. At times, interactions felt somewhat uncomfortable, as though guest presence was an inconvenience rather than welcomed.
Access to the property was challenging due to poorly maintained roads and limited signage. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a developing area where surrounding infrastructure is still in progress, which impacted the overall...

"Absolutely wonderful experience! They were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Food was delicious and pool was so refreshing after a hot day at the falls. Even let us come back to hang out and freshen up after our flight got delayed. Beautiful and unique hotel. Would 10/10 recommend and hopefully will return! "
