Crear location and view, very clean and affordable. TV not working , Pool was closing very early, for maintenance, next day they open it very late, it was really dissaponting.very pretty Pool, but i don’t think that i’ll book again here.

It was the second time I stayed there. The cousin of the owner his name is Mel is absolutely wonderful. Everybody is wonderful. They are very friendly. I will definitely stay there again. That's my go to place because it's right there in the middle of everything

Happy with the hotel, not the night clubs

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view of the ocean. Terrible sleeping conditions. Should warn people before making reservations about the noise in front of the hotel. Someone that doesn’t know about the night life will not enjoy the music until 3am.

On arrival I was checked into a windowless room with a noisy A/C unit outside the door. The staff is friendly and I was moved to a courtyard room the next day. The rooms with a sea view are very noisy with two big night clubs on the beach just opposite the hotel.

Puerto Trip

The staff was extremely nice and helpful but the condition of the room was not as expected. No hot water in the shower, blown light bulb in the bathroom, toilet leaked every time we flushed it causing it to stink like sewage and cauing my feet to get wet with gross water. Doors to the balcony didn't shut properly due to doors being on uneven hinges. The balcony was not clean at all. The one good thing was the view.

Todo muy bien, el servicio, la alberca, cercania a la playa, el unico detalle es que le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a sus instalaciones(habitaciones), como las puertas, los apagadores de la parte de las terraza de la cabaña que no prendian, la tina de baño un poco descuidada y un poc de mantenimiento en general. Pero una buena experiencia.

Habitación amplia con su balcón y su nevera, lo malo que le entra muchísima claridad a primera hora de la mañana. El mayor problema que tiene el hotel es la cercanía con los bares/discotecas que tiene enfrente, los cuales a la noche tienen el volumen de la música demasiado alto hasta las 3 de la mañana,con lo que no se puede descansar bien.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento en todo momento lástima que por parte del personal de limpieza tuvimos un inconveniente ya que al salir de la habitación dejé unos tenis nuevos de mi esposo la señorita entró a revisar la habitación y dijo que todo estaba bien, regresé al hotel en cuanto me di cuenta del olvido y al llegar los tenis habían desaparecido, se solicitaron las cámaras de vigilancia al hotel pero casualmente no hay cámaras en el área de habitaciones, solo en el área de servicio donde llevan la ropa sucia pero solo se le ve entrar a la camarista con las sábanas envolviendo algo lamentablemente yo perdí los tenis y francamente no lo recomiendo en cuestión de seguridad el personal de recepción es muy amable desafortunadamente no existe confianza al dejar los objetos en la habitación, cabe mencionar que los tenis que dejé eran nuevos marca Nike fueron regalo de mi hijo a mi esposo, el hotel se ofreció a darnos una noche adicional cuando regresemos nuevamente a sus instalaciones pero francamente dado este evento dudo mucho volver a regresar! Así que si desean hospedarse en este hotel tengan en cuenta que no hay seguridad con sus artículos personales que se quedan en la habitación no cuenta con caja fuerte y tampoco cámaras de seguridad! Y el personal de limpieza tiene acceso completo a las habitaciones en cualquier momento sin que haya un registro de ello, ojalá el hotel tome medidas en el futuro instalando cámaras de video vigilancia las 24 HRS

La ubicación es privilegiada a unos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y la playa, además la alberca es muy agradable; sin embargo, la habitación de hotel (desconozco los bungalows) es muy antigua con unas goteras impresionantes, cables caídos, las puertas son muy viejas haciendo que la principal no cierre de forma confiable y dejen entrar todo el ruido de la fiesta nocturna haciendo difícil dormir. Al no haber teléfono se tiene que ir a recepción para cualquier necesidad y no apoyan solicitando taxis, indican que un servicio tarda 40 minutos en llegar cuando hay varios sitios y opciones. En general la habitación no coincide con la imagen que dan en las fotos, tampoco cuenta con spa, servicio que ofertan en diversas plataformas y no corrigen sabiendo que no lo tienen. Lo salva la ubicación, aunque el precio final dista de la calidad.

Buena ubicación

En la descripción decía que la cabaña contaba con 2 camas matrimoniales, y en realidad son 2 matrimoniales y una individual. Pudimos haber reservado sólo una en vez de dos. Estaría mucho mejor si las cabañas tuvieran aire acondicionado, y si pusieran cortina para la regadera, ya que se moja todo el baño al bañarse. Quizás otro espejo además del que está en el baño no estaría de más. Está muy bien ubicada. También puede mejorar la actitud del área de recepción.
