"The staff are really friendly and the hotel was very clean. Food wasn’t great, not a lot of options, but what was there was nice. The Hotel is very dated and really needs a refurbishment, it definitely is not a 4 star hotel in its current state. For the price it is similar to 3 star hotels for the same value and probably no better. Also if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this is not the hotel for it, lots of people out to party and lots of loud children including out of normal...

"Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit. Parking was a bit limited, but it was an easy walk to Puerto de la Cruz, so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was excellent for a family holiday. Wonderful food and facilities. Modern, clean and friendly. The walk to the centre of town was short and there was a shop very local for any bits extra you need. An absolutely fabulous place to stay. Highly recommended."
