"Check in took over an hour. We were 6 couples and booked 6 rooms and they tried to put us 2 couples to a room and they tried to overcharge us. We asked for 2nd keys to our rooms and couldn’t get them. Air only stays on with a key. There was 2 elevators but one was closed off. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were good size and clean. View was awesome- pool was good. "

"We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to

(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."
