Home away from home.

The owner is awesome, very accommodating, relaxed atmosphere, rooms were spacious and clean. Food was some of the best on our trip and pool was great. It is Right on the beach for swimming or just fall listening to the waves! Many expats come for drinks and they are very warm and inviting you feel like your home.

When we arrived, never having been there, we were immediately made to feel very much at home. They acted like they truly appreciated our business and our company there. The first person we met was Mario. He was very welcoming and friendly and let us know if there was anything we needed to let him know. The girls that work there are also friendly, and almost by accident, we met the owner David. David is great! Puerto Armuelles is fortunate to have him and his business there. He was also very accommodating and interesting to talk to. Our stay was awesome. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back again. They have the best place on the beach and met all of our needs. The food was good, the drinks were good and the company was great! Awesome, awesome place!

The staff were polite, the bed comfortable and room clean. Water went off for over 12 hours and we had to use the pool water to flush the toilet but I do not think this had anything to do with the hotel as I was told this was the normal in this part of Panama. No one cleaned our room while we were there for 5 days, and we had to put the trash out and requested tissue, towels, etc.

If you ever visit the Puerto Armuelles area Big Daddy’s is the place to stay. It is comfortable and the staff is so accommodating. Good food and good drinks. It gets my three C’s - CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND COZY!

Estuvo bien. Buena atención . Atentos con cualquier solicitud. La comida bien y. El desayuno bien. Dos comentarios: los baños en cada cuarto hay q agregarles una puerta , no tienen . Y el wifi parece q tiene problemas después de 10 pm y los canales de mas Movil se tornan lentos hay q mejorarlos. Por lo demás m gusto

Nice small hotel in Puerto Armuelles

This was just a one-night stop for us, in conjunction with a trip to a monkey preserve nearby. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. The room was large, with a sitting area and a comfortable bed. The pillows didn't work as well for us, but that tends to be individual. They have a nice deck here you can eat and/or have a glass of wine looking out over the ocean. Pool was nice. One suggestion would be to make the toilet a bit more private in the room. The restaurant menu is limited, but the food we had was good. It served our purposes very well and we would return.

Todo bien, hasta que el cuarto de la habitación que nos entrego el aire acondicionado goteara agua, y el baño la lavamano está debajo de una tablilla, y cada vez que subía la cabeza me golpeaba contra esa tablilla que colocaron que es un espejo. La regadera donde uno se baña el agua se esparce por todos los lados menos en el centro es donde debería ser. En el restaurante debería tener mas variedades de comida porque pedimos 2 ordenes de alita y solo había uno, pedimos pescado frito y no había, entre otras cosas. Pero general, solo no quedamos una noche.

Literally right on the beach. Frank and his staff are amazing. You are close to the heart of Puerto. The suites are huge for 2 people with plenty of light and amazing ocean views from bed.
