This place is ok. Staff service is great and rooms are decent. Beds were not comfortable but decent, shower pressure was very low but enough for me to shower. Need ventilation I would definitely come back. The coffee tasters are GOOD.

The area is safe and the staff is super friendly. The floor of our room felt gritty and the shower was such a fine mist of water that bathing took quite a while. But we chose not to spend a lot of money, and for the money we spent, it was acceptable. Having coffee right downstairs was a plus!

Excellent location, the room was very spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was good, the food offered by the hotel was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We stayed for 7 nights and truly left with beautiful memories of Puebla.

The safe in the room didn't work and the staff didn't know how to get it working. The floor was never cleaned and made my socks black after walking around for a couple minutes. I had no towels, no shampoo, no soap. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere causing the floor to become very wet. I was charged 120 pesos to have 2 kg of laundry cleaned. After being told it would only be 60 pesos. My hotel in downtown CDMX charged 30 pesos per kg. The hostess was very strange when I checked out. I gave her the key and she immediately started typing on her phone. I asked her if I needed to do anything else and she said no without looking up. Very strange. Never again.
