"I had two weeks Christmas vacation. This is the only bad experience in lodging. First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. As normally you should get two set of pass code, one for the apartment door. As she said the audio on the phone is not good, she asked me to text her. After I text her, she sent a six digit PIN code. She asked me if I get in. So...

"It was very nice, with a Great location. Only issue, was the second bedroom, in the loft, had a extremely thin matress, (40mm), and was very uncomfortable . Other bed was good👍"

"Was close to the Old town, cheap, and overall very good quality for the price."

"I didn't find the hotel at first because the entrance isn't obvious. Other than that, I had a great stay. The location is wonderful, and the staff is friendly. You can request a tea maker at the front desk."

"The room was spacious and the decor was beautiful. The location is exactly where you want to be. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I don’t speak Polish but that is not a problem here. And the breakfast included is a must. I hope to return soon."

"there is a lack of guidance on entering the password at the door. You are looking for a physical password pressing device (not only me, I saw that many people encountered a similar problem during my stay) Another issue is the breakfast time, if you are staying for business purposes, a breakfast that starts at 09:00 will not work for you and you will have already paid for a service you have not received, this is not very fair (at least a warning can be written everywhere that our breakfast service starts later than other accommodation options)Other than that, everything was perfect! "
