"Nice to see some updates to the resort compared to 3 yrs ago. New beach furniture and umbrellas. Upgrade of offered bathroom toiletries. little things like fancy rolled towels, upgraded kitchen in room, detail to groomed landscaping, welcome drink upon arrival, and food/drink delivery service on the beach. Assistance from desk clerk as well as housekeeper was noticeable. The full laundry appliances in the room were very helpful. The outdoor grilling area near the pool was very helpful since food/ dining out is expensive. Having some highly restrictive dietary needs, the kitchen in the room that was amply stocked and the grilling area, allowed me to cook my own food safely. Also noticed friendliness of every staff member we encountered during our stay. The location of this resort on Grace Bay is great. The resort is older than most on Grace Bay and definitely needs upgrades, especially to the rooms (* furniture), but for the price, this is definitely worth looking at when booking your vacation. We plan to return in the future."
