"We stayed on a Wednesday night, and there was an outdoor concert playing right next to the hotel. They were loud until 10pm. On a Wednesday. Next to a hotel. Really?"

"Unfortunately, our experience did not match the photos or descriptions shown on the website. The room we were assigned looked significantly different from the online images and appeared to be in poor condition. Upon arrival, we found several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including what appeared to be pet waste embedded in the carpet (partially hidden by a chair), pet urine stains along the baseboards, and what appeared to be blood on a shelf in the bathroom. The bathroom trim was deteriorating and crumbling away from the wall, and many of the doors and trim throughout the room were covered in scuff marks and stains. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor in the room. We requested a room change, but were told that no other rooms were available. Throughout the night, the refrigerator cycled on and off loudly, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, neighboring guests were extremely noisy and appeared to be partying until well after 2:00 a.m. Overall, we were very disappointed with the condition of the room and the quality of our stay. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property."

"Elevator across the hall, not real close but every use was loud, vibrated out room & sounded like someone using the microwave ALL night long. Towels rough, plastic cups too thin to hold, breakfast missing or low on several things. Very rough night’s stay."

"The Guest services staff has members who come across as a little less than helpful some are very helpful but the check in was stoic and came across as rude, matter of fact and not welcoming. in one word ATTITUDE. The restaurant staff was lovely and personable House keeping also friendly and professional Overall a good experience love the fireplace in the room! River View is worth the extra money..."
