"Hidden fees"

"On checking in I was told to pay an extra $40! There was no prior notice of this! If it had not been so late I would have asked for all my money back that is almost another 30% extra! "

"Amazing if you don't care about having tons of space! It was just enough for my fiancé and I. Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, and the lounge was great! Highly recommend if you care more about spending your money elsewhere on your trip rather than spending your whole budget on a hotel! Would come back again!"

"The hotel was clean but not what was expected for the amount of money spent to stay there. The internet did not work, there were not enough towels in the room, there was no soap, shampoo or other ammenities and no do not disturb sign in the room. All of these things I had to ask for. In the first night I had to go down to the desk on 3 different occasions because on top of all this there was not a phone in the room to call the front desk. Someone came †o look at the tv for the internet because...

"Perfect location in close to Times square, the theater district, and all the excitement of NYC. Breakfast was plentiful will full breakfast - eggs, bacon, breads, hashbrowns, etc."

"The team here is extremely attentive and very thorough. They got me checked in swiftly, explaining the amenities and how to access them. My room was clean and the AC worked. During my stay the weather was nice, so I was able to crack the windows open for some fresh air. Additionally, they delivered a tea kettle to my room with tea bags and all. The complimentary breakfast was okay. They had solid oatmeal options, yogurt, and fruits. They had tea and coffee which I didn't try."

"Perfect if you are spending the day out ad the rooms are functionaly just for speeoing and showering. Clean, great staff and great location. Amenities are basci: a tissue box would be a welcomed addition!"

"Super friendly staff, great location, and nicely sized rooms with super comfy linens all around. I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s all in the little things; for example, they provided water every day after room cleaning, Nespresso pods in the room, and umbrellas if it was supposed to rain that day. I will definitely be coming back in the future!"
