"Room was small, but useful. Large bed, with warm duvet(october visit). Bathroom was well designed,if a bit compact. Staff friendly and helpful. No laundry facilities according to a desk clerk, but I was only there for five days,so it wasn't really necessary. I did not make use of the breakfast/cafe,so can't comment. Would stay there again if I return to Hamburg. Within walking distance of airport, though there is a bus stop on corner,so you can use that."

"Airport hotel…."

"A clean and well kept property. The location is a huge plus being next to Barmbek Station. Within 5 stop you’re in central Hamburg. I highly recommend this property."

"I absolutely love this place! The staff speaks English very well so communication is a breeze. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious. Although next time, I may need to grab a bunch of bottles of the Rhubarb juice! Any time I visit Hamburg, this will be where I stay. 5 star staff and service!"

"alles sehr gut….top Hotel"

"This is a very nice hotel, not too far from Hamburg centrum and close to where we needed to be. I will be very pleased to return one day."

"The hotel is excellent. Nice clean rooms, v helpful staff. Shout out to liezl who was lovely. Just one issue, v rude and cheeky long dark haired server in pizza bar. Honestly, awful. It was so bad listening to her talk to people that it was laughable."
