The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The building is shaped like a ship, I got the corner room which meant it was shaped like a triangle. But the room was spacious. The bathroom’s amenities were perfect and skin-friendly. The bath tub and shower head had massage option which was amazing. The lounge was pretty and comfortable. You can even drop your luggage if you arrive before check-in time, use the bathroom or lavatory and sneak out to view the city. If I come to Hamburg again I am definitely staying here.

A great few days staying close to family. Great connections to both bus and tube into the city. Lots of choice for breakfast and our room was spacious and comfortable. Area was a tad run down, but very close to the park.

Everything went smoothly from the welcome at thw reception. The room was spacious, the view from our room was great, everything was very clean. The bar staff was very friendly, The hotel is very close to the subway and it’s about 20 minutes away from downtown. On weekends, the public parking outside is free.

The staff were helpful giving directions. The breakfast was good. The area had limited restaurants and there was nothing to see as it was a business district. I chose it as it was marginally cheaper than other places that didn’t have gym facilities, it had promised a spa but that wasn’t functional, locked with promise of repair.
