"Modern industrial style hotel. Clean and warm during winter time. Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater. Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others. "The Mercure Hotel München Altstadt was within a few minutes walk of all of the Old Town main attractions (Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, shopping, restaurants, etc.). Not only is it convenient, the area felt very safe. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again (it is a much better location for the average tourist than staying in the city center). Thank you!"
