"The location was great and room was comfortable. Not a luxurious stay if you’re used to that. Staff was nice and breakfast was great. They accommodated laundry service for us. My only complaint was that the hair dyer didn’t work and when I told them, they didn’t have one to replace it with. Had to air dry my hair. Overall, we would stay again."

"Perfect location for walking to the major tourist platz. Very boutique feel to this unique property. Rooms include a small kitchen, table for two, sofa, bad and a lovely balcony above an hidden garden. The only negative was the room heating system. It was so warm in the room we turned it off and slept with the window open. Granted we are from Texas and keep AC at 70f"

"Modern industrial style hotel. Clean and warm during winter time. Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater. Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others. "Fantastic hotel. One of the best we’ve come across in Germany. Spacious, clean and comfortable room, with a good shower too! Hotel has a lounge with free snacks and drinks too. Staff were very friendly. Location is obviously at a main train station so all sorts of people around but didn’t feel unsafe and was very convenient to get trams and trains to major attractions. Also has good shops and food around the hotel. Would have loved some English language entertainment channels on the tv."

"Truly delightful stay at the Platz Hotel. It’s a beautiful and majestic showcasing some Bavarian designs with some modern accents. It’s centrally located in Old Town where it’s within walking distance to major attractions and transit lines. My room was spacious, clean, and had different amenities. Thank you to Peter and the rest of the team for their professionalism, kindness, and being so resourceful. I enjoyed my stay at the Platz and would recommend you staying there!"
