Our recent stay was beyond peaceful! All the staff were super kind and helpful and had many wonderful local recommendations they were happy to share! We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful ocean view in our room and there is a shared lounge that has a beautiful deck and tables and couches where were able to watch a couple beautiful prince rupert sunsets on the water! We will definitely be back! (This was already our second stay at this hotel and it was every bit as pleasant as the first!)

Our first room was great, but around 8:30pm the internet to the TV wasn't working and kept disconnecting every minute or so. The front desk clerk was very helpful and gave us another room to try, thankfully the TV worked. Then I misplaced a personal item and the hotel staff were very quick to find it and call us to let us know. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Checked in late off the Inside Passage Ferry. Staff were ready for the influx of customers. Room was clean and cozy. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, coffee terrible but a Tim Hortons nearby. Parking is limited but on street parking nearby was close and easily seen from hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay in a harbor room--lovely view, and very quiet. A new server was being trained in the breakfast room; she was cheerful, friendly, and super efficient. We had bagels and cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt. Waffles, cereal, muffins were also offered. Good coffee. We were there on a Friday/Saturday in July, and crowds at breakfast were not an issue.
