I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot. "Perfect location for Philly Love run! Next to the ‘Rocky stairs’ & close to Whole Foods. Clean room, view of intersection and park across the way. Comfortable bed. Great little kitchen area with coffee, kettle & French press. Robe & slippers were a nice touch. "

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!"

"The hotel looks more like a 80s motel. Dirty, only one elevator working and super slow and outdated, didn’t feel safe. The property doesn’t have any amenities, not even a vending machine to get a bottle of water. The parking was as dirty as a construction site, really hard to maneuver and park, doesn’t feel safe to leave the car in there, the space is open to anyone to enter and exit. "The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. After trying to get in touch with the hotel, the front desk finally answered and told us that maintenance had left for the day, and we needed to come and get the...

"We stayed in the Edison suite for a girls' weekend (5 of us, but 6 would have been comfortable too). It was an amazing alternative to a standard hotel as everyone was able to be together the entire time and everyone had plenty of space. The top bedroom is really cool and you can see Elfreth's Alley from the windows. We will be back the next girls' weekend for sure!"

"Staff were very friendly and very helpful and the cleaning team were very sweet as well. The highlight of this hotel is where is located in the downtown area of Philly and exactly 2 minutes walking distance from the reading market. The hotel is huge and it has a huge capacity for a lot of guest, but the amenities are way too little. Also it’s a bummer that when you’re booking with Expedia or any other third-party, you take the room with the worst view. "
