"What a lovely stay. We are leaving with our hearts full. We were amazed to be treated with amazing spread of soups salads and snacks at evening during our arrival on Wednesday. The stay was so calm and comfortable. Love the property location as well. A 10/10 stay"

"Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel."

"Unfortunately, this hotel isn't what it used to be. I was disappointed with my recent stay for three main reasons: 1. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. 2. Food: The complimentary breakfast menu has been downgraded. They no longer serve eggs or sausage, leaving very few options. 3. Room Quality: The shower had zero water pressure. 4. Gym: Equipment is outdated and several machines aren't working. There are much better maintained options...

"We almost always stay at residence inn at various GTA locations. Always reliably comfortable and clean. Complementary breakfasts are always a hit with the kids! No complaints at all."

"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."

"Breakfast was good, a healthy mix between hot and cold breakfast items. Our room and hallway were clean and great but will it kill this hotel chain to get some milkets, proper tea brands and coffee that doesn't taste like crap? I tried to doctor them but it was so bad. Nobody wants whitener for their coffee, it's 2026. Also, this location was heavily under construction. The feont desk and breakfast area was so loud, messy and full of trip hazards. Which leads me to the elevator, one was broken...

"Needs to be renovated, no more pets, remove carpet from rooms. We had to move rooms because the first one smelled like cat pee."

"Does the job, not luxury but still very good. Staff very welcoming and nice, room was spacious and clean and extremely quiet. Nice to have a full refrigerator/freezer. Breakfast was ok, the usual included hotel breakfast. Underground parking also a plus. Would stay again."

"Front desk staff could have been more engaging when checking in. Breakfast was typical minus beef burgers vs a sausage, Ham or bacon. Was not typical. Pastry choices were very limited. It was nice and clean though. "
