"It is immediately off of the interstate, but it almost feels remote because there is nothing around. The pool is nice for kids, and there is another small pool in a different room that doesn't have the loud waterslide, etc. That was very nice because an adult could go to the second room. "All was good til evening. The spotlight outside our window shone onto half of our ceiling prompting up to close the blind (taking away from our Lake view). The a.c. worked well but made distracting loud sounds (sometimes). Remember,, we were there for a week, The toilet emitted strange smells even though it appeared clean. No microwave. Having paid $1000.00 for our stay, I expected better !!!"

"The Hampton Inn is a very nice hotel with many excellent features such as the breakfast, room tv with lots of options, etc. The only negative thing is the lack of a view from the 2nd floor. Room 202, in particular, lacks any view other than the ductwork or wall covering the air conditioning. This was our second time on the 2nd floor and never again unless it is the bay view. I will be asking to move to the 3rd floor at least !"
