"The hotel was in a prime location! Love that it was so close to the beach and you could walk everywhere… It also had a free breakfast for our kids, which was great! I think my only few complaints would be no gym, small small pool and if you’re using the bathroom To get ready there is no door between you and the people Sleeping :("

"We enjoyed the location and walked to the beach, wharf and restaurants and drove easily to vineyards and other beaches. We loved the free bikes, warm pool and hot tub as extra treats. The front desk staff was so helpful when we checked in, giving us lots of area info. Good breakfast. One of our two beds had an older feeling mattress that wasn’t very comfortable. We’d return there for sure. "

"This is a very charming and unique property. I stayed here for a work trip. My room was right off of the yard area which has seating for folks. The issue that I had was people sat right outside my door for hours at time and talked while I was trying to work. I could hear word for word. Since I was working I needed quiet and put in airbuds. Not the end of world but if you want quiet then keep this in mind. It was totally quiet at night. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a continental breakfast every day. They put out Oreos and milk at night There is a restaurant on site which is busy at night and right next to the lobby. Had to street park my last night as the parking lot is small. Very close to state street so you can walk to restaurants and shopping. They do use old fashioned keys for rooms and you have to take it with you because door locks. The furnishings were fantastic. Real heavy wood. They do clean daily which was nice. Front desk staff was friendly. It’s just one person most of the time. "

"Great location near beach, nice common seating areas out front, room is spacious enough, bathroom is well appointed and clean. Generous and tasty snacks during day - good free breakfast, wine and cheese in afternoon. And free parking! Windows that open to get the SB beach breezes. "
