"Great location near to the arena and the convention centre with close access to the SkyWalk. The staff were amazing and easy to get along with and the room was clean, well kept, and had great views. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I always stay here, but the first room they assigned me smelled like cigarettes. Surprised and not at all impressed. The staff and management were great in accommodating me."

"Checked in at 2 AM after a very long day of travel. I fell right to sleep. About an hour later I woke as the furnace was loud and loudly. I thought I could sleep through it, but wasn’t able to. I got up to shut it off, but I’m sure the other people had all the buttons on it were smashed. At 4:30 AM I decided I was going to check out, but instead just laid their angry when I told the front desk in the morning, they just kind of said sorry."

"Short ride to and from the airport. Right next door to the arena!"

"I was refused parking by the valet. Apparently my truck was too high for the valet to park it. I have never had issues with my truck getting parked by other valets in the past. This valet in the process of denying parking also didn’t assist my mother (who uses a walker) and I with our luggage. I did not appreciate the service this time around. "

"Fantastic stay. Love the historic aspects and neat architecture! Only thing is there was no kitchen bar of any kind in the room, but when we requested a feidge it was promptly suppkied while we were eating supper. "
