The staff were an absolute pleasure. From check in till check out, they did their outmost to make our stay pleasurable. I forgot my jacket when we checked out and I contacted the hotel almost a week after. They had found my jacket and returned it. Thank you to all the staff at the Radisson and I will definitely stay there again.

There were so many issues with our room. The fridge didn’t work, the tap leaked continually and soaked everything on the counter, the toilet wouldn’t stop running so we had to take the back off every time we flushed it, there was no hot water in the shower. Definitely not great, convenient location, but that is all.

Upon arriving we found out we had to pay for parking. We were offered an upgrade to a king for $20 dollars. We weren’t told it would be $20 each night. The location was great but the hotel itself wasn’t really that great. We won’t be staying there in the future.
