"We had a lot of trouble finding the hotel because the hotel we booked, was very difficult to locate, and the check-in process was quite confusing. Secondly, the refrigerator in our room was not working. We asked the staff to fix it because we needed to store some food, but despite our request, no one fixed it during the entire four days of our stay.
