"Nice hotel just off of the main road. Located across from where boats dock and cruise ships come into harbor. About a 15 minute walk to the town center. Convenient if you are seeing the island by a car. Self parking available and very convenient. Great breakfast. Go early for a window seat. Great bar on the 7th floor with views of the ocean. I skipped the spa as there is a capacity limit and they suggest you make a reservation. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was nice. Comfy bed....

"Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Man ist fußläufig überall sehr schnell. Restaurants / Bars in der Nähe. Die Lösung mit dem Parkplatz in der Nähe haben wir sehr angenehm empfunden. Die Parkmöglichkeit im Haus haben wir nur 1x genutzt, ist eine Alternative. Das Zimmer, hauptsächlich das Badezimmer, bedarf einer Erweitung zum Aufhängen von Badetüchern / Handtüchern / Badekleidung. Schade die fehlende Steckdose. Zum Glück war am Scheibtisch eine und das Kabel des Glätteisens war auch lang genug...

"A little disappointed with the hotel. Not sure about it's four star rating. The lobby looks spectacular but doesn't hold up to closer inspection. The leather in the armchairs is splitting and needs replacing, and the chairs in the bar are dirty at the top where people handle them. In my room there was a lot of scuffing to the furniture and the fridge needed a good clean in the trays on the door. I reported a curtain partially off it's rail three times and it wasn't fixed. "Staff were very kind & ingratiating. Common area were beautiful; a feeling of colonial Asia. Breakfast delicious; would like to have had more variety of hot food (maybe change it up daily.) Room was clean & spacious. Garden & pool beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place bit small enough to be intimate and service is personal."

"Would recommend to all travellers! The receptionists (including Host- the cat) are extremely friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. "The room was clean, bed was super comfy and staff was friendly. They offered tea, coffee and water downstairs. They helped us book a tour around the Ponto Delgado last minute! Super convenient location downtown near shopping, restaurants and pier. Breakfast had a cute set up, numbering your tables and changing them daily so you sit in different spots. They had homemade yogurts that amazing! And great selection of foods. And the music set a wonderful tone for breakfast. Will be returning to this...

"The hotel is in a great location for exploring Ponta Delgada. We were very comfortable in our room with the added luxury of a small terrace with climbing vines for reading and sitting in the sun. The breakfast was wonderful which included many options, all delicious. The restaurant and cafe were great also. "Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern sowie großer, moderner Küche und Utensilien. Die Lage ist sehr gut und vieles ist Fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Parkplätze an der Straße vor der Unterkunft sind kostenpflichtig, es gibt aber einen großen und kostenfreien Parkplatz ca. 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Inhaber ist super nett und kann viele Tipps für Ausflüge usw. geben. Gerne wieder!"

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße...
