Generally the hotel os good, excellent location, nice staff. The only downside is the room cleaning, the cleaner merely made the bed, failed to change the towels and vacuum the floor.

An OK hotel for our first night. Lovely vegan breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. Strange that a hotel claiming to be vegan friendly advertising a steak restaurant in the bedroom.

The Salvator Boutique Hotel was good value and within a walkable distance from all the points of interest in the city. We never ate at the hotel as there are any number of cafes/restaurants nearby. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we decided to return to Prague.

Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is really well situated, easy walking distance to the main squares, metro, tram, and train stations close by. At times, the room was a bit noisy with noise coming from floors above.

Overall a solid stay, clean rooms, comfortable bed. I'd just wish they'd offer a buffet instead of a restaurant for breakfast and the rooms didn't look as fancy as in the images, which was a bit of a bummer considering we paid a bit more than usual.

Clean room, fantastic vegan restaurant downstairs, lovely view of the city. While some of the staff was nice and professional, other members had absolutely no hospitality skills. But the room itself was great.

Initially, I wasn’t planning to leave a negative review, but the stay was below expectations. The air-conditioning didn’t work for half my stay, and the hair dryer was broken until it was replaced after I reported it. The towel and bed sheet weren’t very clean, and my ankle started itching after the first night. There was also a short water outage in the morning. Most staff were very friendly, but a female staff member I met on my last day seemed impatient when I asked about leaving my luggage. Overall, the service was good but unfortunately the building felt old and poorly maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at Salvator Botique Hotel very much. The room looks nice and everything was comfortable. Staff was also very friendly at all times. Only downside: We stayed in the attic apartment which was very hot. There air condition but it did not function very well and was so noisy. Therefore we needed to sleep with windows open and since the street there is quite busy it was very loud at night even with earplugs.

Nice but not boutique

A nice hotel but its not really a boutique hotel. There is renovations still ongoing. I had a lovely room on floor 3 but wifi was bad so had to move to a small cupboard room on the 6th floor where wifi worked. Breakfast is all vegetarian. Staff friendly.
