Very spacious room, good location but frustratingly absolutely nowhere to hang clothes, no rail or wardrobe. Also a fridge could have been good. Apart from that it was pretty good overall!

My stay had a rocky start, but it improved a lot afterwards. The first room had no working AC, and I had to wait until the following morning for someone to properly look into it. The room was very warm and faced the main street, with a pub directly opposite, so it was a little noisy. It also got a lot of sun during the day, which made the heat worse. I was given a fan in the meantime. Eventually, the hotel moved me and gave me a free upgrade, which I really appreciated. The upgraded room was excellent - very spacious, with a sofa, large table, fridge, sink and everything working properly. I’m not sure how much more expensive it normally is, but I would consider booking that room type in future. The standard room only had a Nespresso machine and kettle, with no fridge, which is a shame as apparently the hotel used to have fridges in all rooms. The room change could also have been handled better. As soon as I received the code for the new room, the old one stopped working even though all my belongings were still inside, so I had to wait for someone to come and let me back in. Checkout was at 11am with no option to extend it, although to be fair they had allowed me to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm. There are staff on site, but most communication has to be done through WhatsApp, which can make situations like this more complicated than necessary. Overall, a difficult start, but the upgraded room made the stay much better.

The place is nice but the communication is horrible. The check in time is for 3pm but they are so horrible or really lazy to send you the access code. They sent it to me at 5pm. I stayed here twice and it happened both times. They should hire an onsite person to be there because the online communications is ruining the place.
