"We had a reservation for the executive room but they were all full when we arrived. The only one they had was in the attic without windows on third floor with no elevator access. They took us to an "upgraded room" with a beautiful view through the windows, but, the air conditioning was suboptimal and the temperatures were hovering in high 90's, so we were very uncomfortable at night. There was no hot water on the first day we were there. I don't consider this hotel as a 5-star hotel. I will...

"The bathtub shower had a bit to be desired in that with only a half screen it does not do the best job of keeping the water in if one is taking a shower.
The whole location currently does not have working ac, only the bed rooms. thankfully the bed rooms with Prague temps reaching over 101 F. The lobby felt like the Manila hotel 50 years ago with no ac. Fans would not keep up with the heat"
