The superior room is not was was advertised. Faucet broken, air conditioning not working, small room, no balcony (while other superior rooms had one), very noisy because of the poor quality of windows, rooms look old.

Great location, but noisy

Very good location, close to old town and walking street, BUT adjacent to tram - you can hear all the noises from outside the hotel, and inside - I was not fortunate - my neighbor was having the TV on til late at night and I could hear everything. Breakfast very basic.

We just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. First of all let me say for the price we paid you couldn’t get a hostel room in London. So to get a property so close to the centre of poznan with a big room and great facilities is incredible. We arrived late afternoon and check in was easy and fuss free. Our room was huge! As was the bathroom. It was two beds made up to one but that didn’t lower the quality of the room or its facilities. Very close to town and local transport links. After a night in the old town we had a really good nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and great quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I've paid for breakfast but couldn't use it because of lack of space in restaurant, tried three times and all the time it was occupied. Couldn't get my money back as they reclaim I booked it via Expidia. Rooms should have been renovated long time now.

Excellent location close to all shops, touristic places, restaurants, public transportation and all. Walkable. Rooms need better insulation (noise). Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Recommend.
