"Dinner in the garden restaurant was very good. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I asked for the curry to be hotter than normal and when it arrived I couldn't eat it! They replaced it free of charge. Thanks for a very good dinner."

"Breakfast had gluten free bread to toast and pre packaged gluten free cornflakes in a separate area with a fridge of alternative milks . Absolutely fabulous for us gluten free dairy free people :) An added extra would be nice to have some gluten free croissants , gluten free is super easy to make now with great recipients online and no taste difference . The room was clean my only gripe would be I do like bedding to smell really clean I would say the bedding had a smell of not so clean and fresh and just arrived at hotel abroad and the bed smells super clean . Maybe new laundry products are needed ? And the room we were in 324 had a lot of outside noise until about 11pm of service trolleys being wheeled about outside with glasses and what sounded like plates bashing about on the trolleys so not ideal with a 4.50am wake up call ahead . Otherwise perfect location we normally use the bloc hotel or Sofitel but wanted to try the Hilton . Nearest hotel to parking in the multi story and very easy to walk through to check in . "

"First night stay we slept well. On our returning stay we were awaken several times during the night by noise from other guests. Once the shower is used the rest of the bathroom is then soaking wet for the rest of the stay. Excellent location."

"Located at the end of the shuttle. GATWICK NORTH. Take the SHUTTLE train, as you exit, walk a few feet and U-TURN to the elevators. ((Do not go inside Terminal). Elevator one level down, you will see hotel as doors open, cross street, and walk up to the far entrance doors (LG), take elevator up to Level O for RECEPTION. "

"The hotel was very close to the airport, just a few minutes on the bus and check out was quick and friendly. Rooms were very clean. However, the fire alarm went off at 3.30am, and the staff on the check out desk didn’t seem particularly concerned or bothered about this when I told him it had woken us up and ruined our sleep. A bit of a disappointing end to our stay. "
