The key cards worked off and on, no toilet paper left in room, and no coffee left in room. When went to front desk and inquired treated as less than a customer and more like it was a bother. "We were charged an additional $5 at check in for amenities. Not a big deal but…there was no breakfast food at 9:40am and the gal was mopping the breakfast area closing it up and was rude when I asked if more food would be brought out. If you are going to start to charge additional for your amenities, at least have them available. Not cool Holiday Inn. Not cool. "

"Property was welcoming to dogs but there wasn’t a way to get pre-authorization - although they requested it- even though I didn’t get that information until I checked in. There were no blankets! There was a light cover and a sheet on the bed. No blankets in the closet just one extra pillow. Also no Kleenex. Please was clean. Lovely view and nice beach frontage. Unfortunately the property owner decided to blow the leaves from the property. Then crews came to work on the property -backhoe, dump truck- loud. When I took the dog for a walk the crew was smoking pot. This was supposed to be a time away for me in the off quiet off season to get some work done. The dog got so worked up because he could hear stuff that we had to leave. Also, the management knew a crew would be there doing work and they still asked if I wanted to extend my stay! I would have been so mad if I said yes and paid, and then had to listen to and watch the work being done! I am sure they are getting ready for the busy season but it was disappointing."
