At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. "The beds in room 215 need to be replaced, the mattresses were sagging on both beds. The other guests were loud and running up and down the hall in from of my room. The guests outside my window were loud. The room we stayed in was over the second entrance. My previous experiences were good. This time was my experience was very unpleasant and frustrating."

"First room had a huge blood stain on matress. The girl at the front counter was super nice and tried her best. Had to call manager to get approval to switch rooms. Manager was beyond rude, tried to tell me the bed was made perfectly. Sure was, but matress was nasty and room smelled like old cigarettes. Was able to switch but was told if i didnt like this room i could leave the property, with no refund. Second room was fine. But manager was so rude. "

"We reserved a king size bed 4 months ago. When we checked in, they didn't have one. They offered 2 queens for the same price. Four months should have been enough time to let us know they didn't have what we reserved. The carpets in the public areas needed vacuuming and/or a good cleaning. The bases of the lamps in the room were dirty. There was no clock. The tv and remote were confusing. Staff were friendly."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and nice. I had a little beep the first night coming from the dishwasher but they took care of it very quickly. They were very nice and helpful. A very clean comfortable hotel."

"Great staff and facility. The building was a little older and dated, but it had everything you need. The staff were painting the parking cement block so they are putting effort into the place. The only downside was the carpet area between the armchair and bed seems to be a little not clean/vacummed. There seemed to be some nail clippings on the carpet so the room could have been a little more clean. The door between the next hotel room is very thin and not sound proof. "I initially booked a 2 queen non smoking room, called the day we were due to arrive to verify that we could have a “no pet” room. I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia. They stated because they oversold for that night they had to change our room type. I told them that wasn’t what we booked and we had 4 people. Not our fault they oversold their hotel. "Very nicely appointed independent hotel, close enough to town to walk to just about anything. Excellent view of the lake and park. The kitchen was great for a break in eating out and having a home cooked meal. Just wished we stayed longer. We're planning on staying here again."

"Parking was a little tight. Check in was super easy and convenient. Everything was very clean except for the coffee machine which could use a good clean. The softest sheets I've ever slept on! Air conditioning was ok, although it kept kicking off and it got hot real quick. Doors and walls are super thin so we could hear everyone outside. Some blackout curtains would be nice to keep the light out as it pours out the sides of the roller curtain. "
