Very responsive, friendly and helpful relative to suggestions and bookings for restaurants, activities, excursions, etc. They also went out their way to assist with some unforeseen printing needs we had. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our balcony room was terrific given the spatial "build on the side of a mountain" constraints of Positano. Gorgeous views!! Conveniently located between the main street above and beach/marina area below - made navigating the many stairways less cumbersome."
