"Outstanding from start to finish.. it was the little touches, mini bar free of charge, night mask. Fresh bottled water when you needed it. The staff at reception were excellent and extremely helpful. The restaurant staff in particular the guy outside were outstanding. So central ! We loved our stay.. "

Our rooms were upgraded to connecting rooms on our request and the front desk manager was just too kind and amazing he got us what we requested for on no extra cost. Huge rooms. Very comfortable. Only one thing we did not like was the Breakfast which costs £28 per person and not up to the standard, on the day of our flight we had the chance to have it at the hotel and they messed our order, however after composting to the staff we were...
