"Great place, clean and cozy, walkable distance to any Old Town staples. Affordable secure parking couple of blocks away. Amazing rooftop patio to watch sunset or have a breakfast. P.S. You will see a lot of homeless population in the are, but it's a reality of any large city these days. It's still safe and walkable."

"We were staying for graduation at the nearby Moda Center which is a quick walk. The hotel is new, spacious and sparkling clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and efficient. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, quiet, everything was new, and the view of the river and city amazing. The Market for coffee was very good and the bar and restaurant were excellent. We brought the dogs and there was plenty of nearby space with grass for walking them. Parking options were...

"Great location for downtown Portland. At check in they tried to charge me the resort fees a second time but we worked it out. Housekeeping just came into our room without knocking when we just happened to still be in the room. Checkout was fabulous and they held our bags while we had lunch before departing for the airport. Overall great hotel for the price. "

"Well, normally at the Heathman we enjoy a room with a balcony or a bit of a view and this room had neither. However, it was a handicap room so it was large and we LOVED it❣️ The bathroom was an oversized wet room. It was very cool and we enjoyed our showers there. We had packages to wrap and lots of cards and presents to organize for Father’s Day and a special birthday so there was ample space. Love the Heathman!!!"
