"The host and hotel were amazing! The host greeted us the reception and gave us a detailed explanation of the accommodation as well as all the attractions and tips in Manarola. "Our stay was great.Our room was large and clean.We had access to several towels. The merchant responded to our request immediately via whatsapp. Cleaning was done daily and in a timely fashion. It was questionable if the ac was working, but we did have a fan in the room that was great. There seemed to be construction going on outside the windows so the windows were sealed off with no natural light into the room. That being said, we were out for most of the day so that wasn't a big issue for us....

"This is a guesthouse so there are no amenities but the staff in the office building is helpful. The office building is in a separate location than the room that you’ll be staying in. The location was good as it was nearby all shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk from the train. We were there 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once due to the designated cleaning schedule. Overall, it was a nice stay, just be away of the differences between a hotel and a guesthouse."
