"We greatly enjoyed our stay at Aqua Natura hotel. We had an amazing room that overlooked the ocean and pools. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The restaurant staff, pool staff and front desk were top notch. Our room was clean, the beds and pillow were comfortable. We ate at the natural pool beer house for breakfast Buffett and dinner and thought the food was tasty. Unfortunately we had too short of stay and were not able to enjoy some of the amazing amenities at this facility. We hope to come back some time and enjoy more of the amenities. We would highly recommend to others. You will not be disappointed."

"★★★★★ Exceptional Hospitality at RIU Madeira! We had a wonderful experience at RIU Madeira Resort! We arrived at the hotel before 9 AM, and even though our room wasn't ready yet, the staff warmly welcomed us and allowed us to enjoy the resort's amenities and breakfast right away. What impressed us even more was the flexibility on our departure day. Since our flight wasn't until 10 PM, we were allowed to continue enjoying the resort's facilities, relaxing, and having snacks even after checking out. This level of hospitality and flexibility made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For this exceptional hospitality alone, RIU Madeira deserves five stars! Highly recommended!"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at castanheiro boutique. The staff were the best, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. This was the best welcoming of our trip from the front reception staff. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. The views were amazing and staff were top notch. We also enjoyed the happy hour and had an amazing dinner in the restaurant. One of our best dinners in Madeira! We greatly enjoyed our stay the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will be recommending the hotel to others and hope to come back and enjoy in the future. Thank you. "When we checked in the room we were given had a broken door so we were moved to another room. The room we were changed to was not the same as what we paid for. We paid for a double sea view and had a corner view instead. We made the best of it. We enjoyed our stay and the nightly entertainment. The buffet had a different theme each night which was nice. The poor area was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The beach and ocean are right there with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are 2 onsite restaurants which are included with your stay. We only ate at one of them and the food was very good. The resort is very family friendly and has a lot of amenities geared to the children. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it."
